| The purpose of this software is to optimize a training program by establishing both the theoretical and the real lactate threshold, and to later on measure the ongoing trainig progress in percentage. This will be done through following up the lactate threshold, speed and heart rate at a certain load. The program cooperates with the Polar Pro Trainer Equine Edition through an import function of training data stored in the CS600X and the RS800CX heart rate monitors.
